Golden Bear Auto Leasing is an independent leasing company in business in California over 40 years. The company is a virtual supermarket of vehicle lease financing, affiliated with most lease lenders, and representing major California credit unions. This allows the auto lease customer an alternative to dealership financing, by offering a much broader range of financing options, including factory sponsored leases. Assisted by a state of the art software program, Golden Bear "shops" for the best auto lease financing available on any given day, in much the same way a mortgage broker places real estate loans or a travel agent locates the best air fares.

As well as providing lease financing, Golden Bear can locate, acquire, or order most new vehicles at fleet pricing through an established network of fleet relationships. As a nationally recognized fleet certificate holder for all major manufacturers, Golden Bear is able to purchase vehicles at substantial volume discounts. After credit approval by the lender, and vehicle approval by the customer, new vehicles are delivered directly to the customer along with lease documents, ready to be signed. Most vehicles can be delivered within 48 hours of lender approval.

Trade-ins are accepted, but will, in most cases, require a physical inspection. These vehicles may be driven to Golden Bear's office for appraisal, or arrangements may be made for an appraiser to go to the vehicle's location for the inspection. All off-lease vehicles, regardless of where they were leased, may be turned in to Golden Bear's office, which is centrally located in Northern California. A pick up service is also available for off lease vehicles.

With many leases terminating each month, the company has also become known as an excellent source of used vehicles. Although Golden bear does not maintain a large inventory of used vehicles, lease returns are constantly arriving, and most are available for sale or lease.
